What we do
We are a group of software developers and operators with a history in open-source licensing. We partner with software vendors who retain us to help identify and address licensing issues. In most cases, open-source license compliance violations are unintentional and are a result of licensing complexity. With that in mind, our goal is to focus on positive outcomes for both publishers and users.
